Bacelius Ruru
President Commissioner

Mr. Ruru has been holding a position as PPA's President Commissioner since February 2004. He also holds positions as the President Commissioner of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) since 2001 and PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries since 2002. He held a position as the Secretary for the Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOE) from 2001 to 2004. Previously, he held a position as the Chairman of The Jakarta Initiative Task Force, 2000-2003 and Deputy Minister in charge of Supervising and Control at the Office of State Minister of Investment and SOE, 1998-1999.

Mr. Ruru holds an LLM degree from Harvard Law University in 1980 and a Degree in Law from University of Indonesia in 1975.

Machfud Sidik
Commissioner

Mr. Sidik has been holding a position as PPA's Commissioner since February 2004 as well as Chairman of PPA Audit Committee since August 2004. He has been also holding a position as a Director General of State's Receivables and Auction, Ministry of Finance since 2004. Previously, he held a position as Director General of Center of Local Financial Budget, Ministry of Finance, 2001-2004 and General Director of Taxes, Ministry of Finance, 2000-2001.

Mr. Sidik holds a PhD and graduated Cum Laude from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1998; Master's Degree from Carnegie Mellon University, USA in 1985; Economic Degree from the University of Indonesia in 1981 and Bachelor's Degree from Airlangga University in 1973.

M.A. Erwin Mappaseng
Commissioner

Mr. Mappaseng has been holding a position as PPA's Commissioner since February 2004. He is also holding a position as a Commissioner of PT Semen Tonasa and Advisor for the Directors in Politics, Social and Security of PT Krakatau Steel since 2005. Previously, he held a position as the Head of Criminal Department - Police Force of the Republic of Indonesia, 2002-2004 and Head of Regional Police Department, Central Java, 2001-2002.

Mr. Mappaseng is a Graduate Police Officer from School for Officer and Commando of Indonesia's Armed Forces in 1994; School for Officer and Police Chief in 1987 and Police Academy in 1981 as well as Indonesia's Armed Forces Academy (AKABRI) in 1973.

Lutfi Ibrahim Nasoetion
Commissioner

Mr. Nasoetion has been holding a position as PPA's Commissioner since February 2004. Previously he held a position as the Chairman of National Land Affairs (BPN) from 2001-2005 and as a Vice Chairman of BPN, 1999-2001; Assistant of the State Minister of Agriculture in Rural Affairs, 1994-1999 and lecturer of under-graduate and post-graduate programme at Faculty of Agriculture of IPB since 1973.

Mr. Nasoetion holds a PhD and Master's Degree in Regional Planning from Michigan State University, USA in 1976. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Land Science and graduated Cum Laude from Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 1972.

Lambock V. Nahattands
Commissioner

Mr. Nahattands has been holding a position as PPA's Commissioner since February 2004. He has also been holding a position as the President Commissioner of PT (Persero) Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) since 2001. He has been holding a position as Deputy to the Cabinet Secretary on Law since October 2005. Previously held a position as Deputy to Cabinet Secretary on Law and Legislations, Cabinet Secretary of the Republic of Indonesia from 2002 to October 2005. He also held a position as a Commissioner of PT KBN (Persero), 1995-2001 and PT Pengelola Kawasan Berikat Indonesia (Persero), 1991-1995.

Mr. Nahattands graduated from the Law Faculty, University of Indonesia in 1978 and Master's Degree in Law, Tarumanegara University.

Hadiah Herawatie
Commissioner

Ms. Herawatie has been holding a position as PPA's Commissioner since February 2004. She has also been holding both positions as a Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Permodalan Nasional Madani since 1999. Furthermore, she also holds a position as an Advisor in Legal and Institutional at the O?ce of the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs since June 2005. Previously she held positions at the Ministry of SOE as the Head of Legal Department, 1998-2000 and also as Head of Legal Department and Public Relations, 2000.

Ms. Herawati graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with an LLM Degree in 1990 and a Law Degree as well from the University of Indonesia in 1982.
