Mohammad Syahrial
President Director

Mr. Syahrial has been holding the position as PPA's President Director since February 2004. Previously he held a position as a Commissioner in a number of banks in Indonesia, such as Bank Mandiri, 2003-2004, Bank Niaga, 2002-2003, Bank Permata, 2002. In addition, he also held a position as the Head Deputy of Asset Management Credit (AMC) at The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), 2002-2004 and Vice President of Research Department at PT Pentasena Arthasentosa, 1997-1999.

Mr. Syahrial holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, USA in 1989 and Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, USA in 1988.

Raden Pardede
Vice President Director

Mr. Pardede has been holding a position as PPA's Vice-President Director since February 2004. He has also been holding a position as a Commissioner of Bank Central Asia since May 2004 and Head of Finance for Indonesia's Infrastructure Development as well as Senior Advisor to the Minister, the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia since November 2004. Previously he held a position as Executive Director of PT Danareksa, 2002-2004 and Coordinator Deputy of Advisory Team for the MoF, 2001-2004.

Mr. Pardede holds a PhD in Economics from Boston University, USA in 1994 and Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1984.

Wandhy Wira Riady
Director of System Procedure & Compliance

Mr. Riady has been holding the position of PPA's Director of System Procedure & Compliance since February 2004. Currently he is also holding a position as a Commissioner at PT Bali Nirwana Resort. He previously held a position as Head Division of Systems Procedure and Compliance - Investment and Asset Divestment (Senior Vice President) at IBRA, 2000-2004; Group Head - Investment and Asset Disposal risk Management, 2000 - 2002; Senior Credit Analyst at Rabobank Indonesia, Jakarta, 1998-2000 and Deputy General Manager of Commercial & Corporate Credit Division and Deputy General Manager at Corporate Banking Division of Bank Danamon, 1995-1998.

Mr. Riady holds an MBA from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia in 1995 and Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hasanuddin University, Makassar in 1989.

Rachmat Saptaman
Director of Credit & Property Asset Management

Mr. Saptaman has been holding a position as PPA's Director of Credit & Property Asset Management since February 2004. He has also been holding a position as a Commissioner for Bank Permata since 2003. Previously, he held a position as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management Credit at IBRA; Senior Manager of CREAM and Senior Manager of Business Unit at Bank Niaga, 1991-1999.

Mr. Saptaman graduated from Industrial Management Program at Bandung Institute of Technology in 1989.

Krishna Daswara
Director of Legal & Human Resources

Mr. Daswara has been holding the position as PPA's Director of Legal & Human Resources since February 2004. He previously worked as Head of Legal Division at IBRA, 2000-2004.

Mr. Daswara studied Notary Program at Padjadjaran University from 1984 to 1993 and received a Bachelor of Law from Bandung Law School, Bandung, 1978 - 1983.

Emma Sri Martini
Director of Finance & Support

Ms. Martini has been holding the position of PPA's Director of Finance & Support since February 2004. She has been also holding a position as a Commissioner at PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama since 2004. Previously, she held a position as a Senior Vice President, 2002-2004 and Assistant Vice President - Group Head, 1998-2001 at IBRA.

Ms. Martini graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in the field of Informatics Engineering in 1993.

Parlien Andriyati
Head of Internal Audit

Ms. Andriyati has been holding the position of PPA's Head of Internal Audit, who is positioned on the same level of the Directors, since February 2004. Previously she held a position as a Senior Vice President (Head Division of Internal Audit) at IBRA, 1998-2004 and Sub-Directorate of General Audit and Special Audit at PERTAMINA's subsidiary company, 1997-1998.

Ms. Andriyati holds an MBA in Finance from University of Denver, USA in 1990 and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1980.
