In accordance in the asset management first of all, PPA start the consolidation stage with the focused on setting up the infrastructure of the company and matters related to the transfer of assets from the Minister of Finance to PPA.

The next stage dealt with Asset Mapping in which PPA classified all assets according to certain criteria in order to arrive at the best management strategy for each asset category. The mapping of these assets is identified and verified.

In the subsequent stage, PPA determined the Strategic Plan for the management of each asset based on their earlier mapping and classification, The Strategic Plan is expected to lead to an optimum management result, which is essentially the optimum balance between two polarities: expedited collection versus value enhancement.
