PPA at a Glance

PPA was established on February 27, 2004 through Government Regulation No. 10 of 2004 as a company with the main task of managing the assets (credit, shares, and properties) of the former National Bank Restructuring Agency ("IBRA").

After four years, through Government Regulation No. 61 of 2008 dated September 4, 2008, the Government expanded the scopes of PPA by adding new tasks as follows: managing former IBRA’s assets; restructuring and/or revitalizing State Owned Enterprises’ assets; investment; and managing State-Owned Enterprises’ assets.
