Jakarta, May 10,  2022 – PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (“PPA”) has carried out  the distribution of assistance in the form of food, donation, and iftar packages to orphans, dhuafa, people with disabilities, and the general public during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah. This program is PPA’s real contribution in providing the basic needs of people in need.

PPA contributed to the donation of 1,100 food packages distributed through Danareksa Holding in collaboration with the Indonesian Journalist Family Association which was handed over at the end of Ramadan in Jakarta. PPA also provided 300 Eid compensation through “Cagar Foundation” in Bekasi which was handed over last week, as well as providing 600 iftar packages for the public around PPA environment.

PPA Corporate Secretary Agus Widjaja said, “The Activity of PPA Sharing Ramadan Blessings” is a part of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, which is the pillar of PPA Sejahtera with the aim to build attachment between PPA and the community through employee involvement in the distribution.  This activity is also part of the SoE Clean Movement (Giving and Loving) which was echoed by the Ministry of SOEs in commemoration of the 24th Anniversary of the Ministry of SOEs”.

In the TJSL program of the PPA Sejahtera Pillar, PPA focuses on direct involvement in meeting the needs of the community through assistance and donations. PPA also supports community empowerment through Small, Medium Enterprise (SME) funding. In the last 12 years, PPA has distributed SME Funding worth a total of IDR 79 billion to 318 partners that spread across 17 provinces in Indonesia.

PPA also implements PPA Cerdas Pillar that focus on social development and excellent Human Resources (HR). In addition, PPA also contributes to environmental preservation through the PPA Lestari program, as well as the PPA Berdaya program to support the empowerment of legally aware communities.
