Jakarta, May 12, 2022 – SOE Minister Erick Thohir appointed Rini Widyastuti as the new Commissioner at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (“PPA”) today (12/5). The appointment is based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK-116 /MBU/05/2022 dated May 12, 2022, concerning the Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset stipulates the appointment of a new composition of Commissioners of PT PPA (Persero).

Born in Sleman on January 23, 1975, Rini currently serves as Deputy Assistant for Corporate Law of the Ministry of SOEs since June 9, 2020, based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number SK-170/MBU/05/2020 concerning Dismissal and Appointment from and Within the Position of Primary High Leadership in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.

Rini earned a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Islamic University of Indonesia in 1996 and completed a Master of Law at the University of Indonesia in 2007.

With the appointment of Rini, the composition of the PPA Board of Commissioners becomes as follows:
