Products and/or Services Offered

Based on the above business activities, the PPA products and services include :

1. Managing state assets acquired from the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), including: Sale of property assets, shares, receivables, leases of property assets, collection of
   receivables, collaboration with other parties to increase asset value, restructuring property assets, shares, and receivables to increase value.
   
   
2. Restructuring and/or revitalizing SOEs, including corporate restructuring and Company revitalization to improve SOE performance.
   
   
3. Carrying out investment activities, including providing loans for project financing and/or other business activities, placing funds in a project and/or other business activities, placing
   funds for projects and/or other business activities, purchasing, developing, and/or selling/leasing assets, making investments (in terms of establishing, purchasing shares that have been issued
   or shares in savings) in companies that are temporary in nature to enhance their resale value, investing in Marketable Securities by purchasing debt securities including quasi-equity listed or not listed on the stock exchange, purchasing shares, warrants and other derivative products through the stock exchange.
   
   
4. Managing State-Owned Enterprises’ assets, including development and utilization of assets to increase their value, development and utilization of assets in collaboration with other parties, and asset management services.
