SOEs Restructuring

Expanding its role beyond restructuring and revitalization, PPA is mandated to perform turnaround and growth strategy to strengthen SOEs. Through Special Power of Attorney (PoA) from the ultimate shareholder, i.e. the Government of Indonesia, PPA drives SOEs Restructuring to shape their operational and financial strategy in achieving sustainable business growth.

In performing SOEs Restructuring, PPA will revitalize core competences of the SOE’s business to sharpen its competitive edge. Focusing on the SOE’s core business and prospective market as well as financial and operational improvement, PPA will champion the development of roadmap, and drive the execution and monitoring.

PPA acts as a resolution tool for distressed assets, in which the Company has received 20+ Special Power of Attorney from the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of SOEs to hold the authority and/or rights of shareholders in performing turnaround strategy and asset management.

Saya juga menyatakan bahwa :

  1. Seluruh Data Pribadi yang disampaikan kepada Perusahaan adalah data yang benar dan akurat sesuai dengan kondisi terkini dan jika terdapat perubahan Data Pribadi tersebut, maka Saya akan menginformasikan dan meminta kepada Perusahaan untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan/atau perbaikan atas Data Pribadi tersebut sesuai dengan informasi terkini yang sah.
