President Commissioner concurrently serving as Independent Commissioner
Abdullah Fadri Auli was appointed as President Commissioner concurrently serving as Independent Commissioner of PPA pursuant to the Decree of the Shareholders of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Number 52 of 2025 and Number KPPS-8/DR/DIRUT/11/2025 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset dated November 28, 2025.
He possesses extensive professional experience in the legislative and legal fields spanning over 30 years. His strategic experience includes serving as a Member of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Lampung Province for three consecutive terms from 2004 to 2019, which strengthened his competencies in oversight, policy formulation, and institutional governance.
In addition to his career in the public sector, he also holds experience in the corporate sector, having served as Operational Director of PT Suryalampung Cahyasuma during the 1990–1996 period. His professional career in the legal field began in 1988 as an Advocate and Legal Consultant.
He obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Lampung, in 1987.
Independent Commissioner
Duma Hutapea was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PPA pursuant to the Decree of the Shareholders of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Number 52 of 2025 and Number KPPS-8/DR/DIRUT/11/2025 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset dated November 28, 2025.
She possesses over 30 years of professional experience in bankruptcy law, receivership, and legal consulting. Since 2002, she has established and led Law Firm Duma & Co., which consistently handles strategic cases regarding bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU).
In addition to her legal practice, she is active as a lecturer and resource person on bankruptcy law and PKPU for various banking institutions and government agencies, including the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Directorate General of Taxes, as well as serving as a speaker at various national seminars.
Within professional organizations, she has held strategic roles, serving on the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI) for the 2016–2019 period, as a member of the AKPI Education Examination Team, and on the AKPI Professional Ethics Standards Board for the period of 2022 to August 2025. She is also a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Association of Medical and Health Legal Consultants (PKHMK).
She obtained a Bachelor of Law degree specializing in Civil Law from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1992.
Commissioner
Ahmad Ali Fahmi was appointed as Commissioner of PPA pursuant to the Decree of the Shareholders of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Number 52 of 2025 and Number KPPS-8/DR/DIRUT/11/2025 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset dated November 28, 2025.
He is a legal practitioner with over 15 years of professional experience as an advocate and legal consultant, and possesses more than 7 years of experience as a licensed receiver handling bankruptcy cases. His key expertise encompasses bankruptcy law and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), corporate law, as well as litigation and non-litigation dispute resolution.
He is a founder and partner of Brawijaya Advisors Group and previously served as a Partner at Brawijaya and Partners Law Firm. Throughout his career, he has actively provided legal counsel to various entities in the energy, mining, finance, transportation, and other strategic industrial sectors.
Within professional organizations, he is an active member of the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI) and the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
He obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from Gadjah Mada University and a Master of Law degree from Sultan Agung Islamic University.
Independent Commissioner
Andar Perdana Widiastono was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PPA pursuant to the Decree of the Shareholders of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Number 52 of 2025 and Number KPPS-8/DR/DIRUT/11/2025 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset dated November 28, 2025.
He possesses extensive and comprehensive experience in law enforcement, intelligence, and institutional governance, with a track record spanning over 30 years within the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia. Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with various strategic positions at both regional and national levels, including serving as Head of the District Prosecutor’s Office, holding structural positions at the High Prosecutor’s Office, and serving as Director II under the Junior Attorney General for Intelligence (JAMINTEL) of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia.
This experience has shaped his competencies in oversight, law enforcement, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making within large-scale and complex institutions. In addition to his career in the public sector, he also possesses experience within the State-Owned Enterprise environment, having served as Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya during the 2018–2023 period.
He completed his postgraduate education and obtained a Master of Law degree.
