PPA supports the development of Batu Ampar Container Terminal (TPK) in Batam as an international transhipment port to improve connectivity and logistics efficiency.
PPA as the leader of the International Public Asset Management Company (IPAF) organized the IPAF Training Seminar to enhance insights on managing low-quality assets (NPLs) for IPAF members from various countries in Asia.
On April 5, 2024, SOE held a free homecoming program for more than 80 thousand people, including 90 travelers from PPA using executive buses to Solo and Yogyakarta.
PPA as part of the Danareksa SOE Holding, continuedto carry out its mandate of restructuring and revitalizing Persero Batam, which was evidenced by its presence at the inauguration of the Batam-China Direct Call “Maiden Voyage MV SITC Hakata Voy 2407N” on March 31, 2024 at the Batu Ampar Container Terminal, Batam.
On March 25, 2024 in Jakarta, the PPA Board of Directors, including President Director Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah and Director of Finance & Risk Management Tree Asih Putra Sianturi, visited the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) head office and were welcomed by Director & Chief Strategy & Execution Officer Ahmad Zulfikar and Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer Reski Damayanti.
Throughout 2 decades, PPA has played a role in supporting efforts to increase the value of SOEs through its role as a strategic instrument of the Government in restructuring Titip Kelola SOEs.
PPA again held a Town Hall Meeting entitled “PPA Morning Coffee” on February 27,
2024, as a communication forum between the Board of Directors and all PPA personnel to align the Company’s goals and build collaboration in achieving the targets, as well as opening a series of PPA’s 20th anniversary celebrations
