Based on Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (“PPA”) has issued a PPA Board of Directors Decree concerning Company Information Disclosure Policy.
The Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) is part of the public information service that is required to be established by all State-Owned Enterprises. This public support is very important for implementing Public Information Transparency within the company.
To carry out PPA’s public information service functions, the PPID was established based on PPA Board of Directors Decision No. SK-76/PPS/1218 on the Information and Documentation Management Officer Team of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset, formed in 2018.
The PPA has also conducted a series of outreach, education, and publication activities on all matters related to public information management, both for internal stakeholders (employees, the Board of Directors, and the Board of Commissioners along with their respective bodies) and external stakeholders (shareholders, investors, creditors, the media, clients, and the public).
