The Company’s principal shareholder is PT Danantara Asset Management, which holds 99.99982% of the shares. PT Danantara Asset Management is a strategic entity of Danantara Indonesia, entrusted with enhancing the value and competitiveness of Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in line with the country’s long-term development agenda.
