Thus, there is no information to report on the shareholder groups with ownership of 5% or more.

As of December 31, 2024, the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Management of PPA do not have any share ownership in PPA. PPA’s shares are owned by the Republic of Indonesia and PT Danareksa (Persero). Thus, PPA does not report details of members of the Board of Directors or Board of Commissioners who own shares directly or indirectly
MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER
The majority shareholder of the Company is PT Danareksa (Persero) with ownership of 99.99982%. Danareksa was established by the Indonesian Government on December 28, 1976 as a result of a Sidang Dewan Stabilisasi Ekonomi Nasional decision, which at that time was trying to increase public participation in ownership of private company shares through the capital market. Through Danareksa, the Indonesian Government sought to collect public funds to be used productively to finance national development.
Danareksa’s business activities are as a holding company that manages subsidiaries in the fields of financial services, industrial areas, water resources, construction services and construction consultancy, manufacturing, media and technology, as well as transportation and logistics, accelerating the process of community participation in company share ownership towards income equality, increasing community participation in mobilizing funds, carrying out investment and management consultancy activities, as well as optimizing the use of Company (Persero) resources based on the principles of good corporate governance.
As of December 31, 2024, all shares of PT Danareksa (Persero) or 100% of its shares are owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia

Ultimate Parent Entity
Until December 31, 2024, all shares of PT Danareksa (Persero), or 100% of its shares, are owned by the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Finance. Thus, the ultimate owner/controlling shareholder of the Company is the Republic of Indonesia as the highest parent entity.
