The Signing of Debt Restructuring Agreement Perumnas

PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (“PT PPA”) is committed to support Perum Perumnas in developing national housing through the signing of debt restructuring agreement. The signing has been done by The President Director of PT PPA Yadi Jaya Ruchandi, The President Director of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (“BTN”) Haru Koesmahargyo, and The President Director of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“BNI”) Royke Tumilaar, also witnessed by The Vice Minister II of The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Kartika Wirjoatmodjo in Jakarta (17/6).

The debt restructuring agreement is aimed to help and to support the financial condition of Perumnas, especially regarding the restructuring on banking debt banking. According to the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises’ decree No. SK-10/MBU/Wk2/01/2021 regarding The Acceleration of Perumnas Restructuring, it is stated that The Restructuring Program includes:
a. The transformation of business and optimization of Nation Residential Ecosystem.
b. The completion of inventory unit (cost to completion).
c. The restructuring of debt banking, Medium Term Note (MTN), and contractor or vendor.

This signing is a form of support from PT PPA to Perumnas in order to provide residents for the low-income society groups in Indonesia. The housing develpoment is expected to give significant contributions for Perumnas’ role as SOE developer with the range of its national business as well as a Public Corporation that optimize the synergy in between SOEs.

Menyetujui bahwa PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (“Perusahaan”) dapat melakukan pemrosesan terhadap Data Pribadi Saya, sesuai ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi beserta penyesuaiannya dan peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya serta Kebijakan Privasi Perusahaan untuk tujuan seperti yang saya input pada Form Pengajuan Informasi di website resmi Perusahaan.
