Jakarta, 16 December 2023 – The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) as Shareholders of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (“PPA/Company”) have appointed a new board of directors of the Company. The presence of the new board of directors is expected to continue and strengthen PPA’s role as a National Asset Management Company (NAMCO).

The board of directors appointed by Shareholders through the Decree of the Minister of SOEs and President Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) with number SK-367/MBU/12/2023 and number KPPS-47/037/DNRK concerning Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset are:

• President Director, M Teguh Wirahadikusumah.
• Director of Investment, Ridha Farid Lesmana.
• Director of Finance and Risk Management, Tree Asih Putra Sianturi.

Corporate Secretary Pongky Afriandita said, “The appointment of the new directors of PPA is in line with the Company’s direction as a member of Danareksa Holding to become the National Asset Management Company (NAMCO), which is the Government’s strategic instrument in increasing value in the SOEs ecosystem through the restructuring and revitalization of Managed SOEs, management of banking non-performing loans (NPLs), and Special Situations Fund (SSF).”

For information, PPA President Director M Teguh Wirahadikusumah has a long career in banking and capital markets for more than 25 years. In the course of his career, he was trusted as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Danakresa (Persero) (2020-2023), Director of Finance and Work Support at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (2019-2020), Senior Executive Director–Head of Investment Banking of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2018-2020), Executive Director–Head of Structured Finance &; Investment Banking of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2012-2018), Executive Vice President–Head of Asset Recovery (2009-2011),  Founding Partner of PT Triventure Investments Group (2007-2009), Senior Vice President–Investment Banking of PT Namalatu Cakrawala Securities (2003-2007), Investment Banking Director of PT Danareksa Sekuritas (1998-2002), Senior Associate–Fixed Income Research of PT Danareksa Sekuritas (1997-1998), Assistant Manager–Equity Research of PT Inter Pacific Securities (1994-1995), and Assistant Manager–International Banking Division of PT Bank Niaga Tbk (1992-1994).

Teguh completed his Masters education at Warwick Business School, The University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree at Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung at the Faculty of Architecture.

PPA Investment Director Ridha Farid Lesmana has more than 20 years of experience in a career in banking, restructuring, and investment. Prior to his appointment as Director of Investment of PPA, he served as Head of Restructuring and Revitalization Division 2 of PPA (2022-2023), Head of Corporate Banking & Business Development at Indonesia Eximbank (2016-2022), Head of Department, Corporate Banking at Indonesia Eximbank (2010-2016), and Relationship Manager at Bank Ekspor Indonesia (2006-2010). He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) majoring Civil Engineering in 2000.

Meanwhile, Tree Asih Putra Sianturi or familiarly called Boy has 17 years of experience in a career in banking, restructuring, and investment, both in international and national corporations. Prior to his appointment as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PPA, Boy served as Senior Executive Vice President 1 PPA (2021-2023), Senior Vice President of Bank DBS Indonesia (2016-2021), and Associate Director of ANZ Banking Group (2012-2016). He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Indonesia (2004).

Thus, the composition of the Commissioners and Directors of PPA since December 15, 2023 is as follows:

Directors

• Investment Director: Ridha Farid Lesmana.
• Director of Finance and Risk Management: Tree Asih Putra Sianturi.
• Director of Special Asset Management: JF Hasudungan.
